Why is Badminton good for me?
You’ll be getting fitter and healthier after a few games. With more and more games you’ll see improvements in co-ordination, balance and flexibility as you jump around the court.
The tactics of the game will also provide a workout for your brain as you try to get the better of your opponent.
How much will it cost me?
Casual court hirage can vary depending on what day and time you play. You can expect to pay between $14-$40 per hour of play for a court across Auckland. See out links for more information about costs.
Joining a club will offer discounted rates for court hirage cost or included in some cases.
If you don’t have a racket already then you can hire one for a small costs.
What do I need to play?
